Terms of Contract
- Upon client's signature, Jenna Henderson & jHenderson Studios shall reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable, even if the event the wedding date is changed or canceled for any reason. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. A non-refundable retainer fee of no less than $600 along with a completed and signed contract are required to guarantee the date of the wedding. Upon signing, the signer agrees to take full responsibility for all payments.
- If Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of parties, or due to Photographer's illness or emergency, then Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios shall return any payments made to the client but shall have no further liability. This limitation on liability shallalso apply in the event that the photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios fails to perform for any other reason, Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client's order.
- Notice of Copyright: It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere withouot written consent from Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios. All images remain the exclusive property of Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios, who reserves the right to use the images and/or reproductions for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.
- *Wedding parties consisting of eight (8) or more bridesmaids and eight (8) or more groomsmen, making a total of sixteen (16) in the wedding party, not including the bride, groom, any flower girls, ring bearers or ushers, will have a $250 assistant fee automatically attached to any of the wedding package options.
- **Photos for parent books albums must be chosen before the online gallery expires, otherwise they are forfeited. The online gallery will expire 6 months after date of wedding. Parent books hold up to 75 photos. Reprints and enlargements in various sizes may be ordered from Jenna Henderson and jHenderson Studios from the online gallery. Location fees are not included in packages.
